As MVP, validating the path with eBay Germany Marketplace. Post MVP plan to expand all channels.

Problem Statement

WHO: Event ticket shoppers on eBay site
WHAT: find it difficult to buy event tickets
WHERE: when they are searching on eBay site and deciding to buy tickets that are from StubHub
WHY #1: because StubHub event tickets do not show on the top of the search results
WHY #2: and when they try to look at the detail, they are redirected to StubHub.com

Hypothesis

IF we display StubHub event tickets easy to be found on eBay and let checkout process to be handled by eBay
THEN the online customer can get the tickets they want fast and trust StubHub event ticket listings on eBay
BECAUSE the checkout process is exactly the same as they expect through eBay

Previous User Flows with eBay

Previous user flow sent shoppers from eBay site to StubHub site to checkout, which had huge drop in conversion rate. 

eBay Integration with StubHub Germany

This flow showed the outline of how this MVP will work within StubHub Enterprise ecosystem.  Shoppers browse tickets while on eBay Germany and finish checkout within eBay to improve conversion rate.
